About This Role The Registered Nurse in the Telemetry Float Pool at Hackensack Meridian Health provides individualized patient care based on evidence-based practices. Highlights Pay: $45/hour Location: Neptune, NJ Facility: Hackensack Meridian Health Schedule: Per Diem, Day shift What You'll Do Deliver nursing practices according to evidence-based research and standards of care. Communicate ongoing patient status and treatment plans with healthcare team members. Administer medications using advanced bar-scanning and documentation technologies. Document patient assessments, plans of care, interventions, and evaluations electronically. Provide patient and family-centered education for health optimization and disease management. Participate in multi-disciplinary discharging of patients to ensure safe transitions.
