Flexible Per Diem RN Care Coordinator

Broughton Group is seeking a Per Diem RN in New York to provide direct nursing care and support to hospice patients and their families. Responsibilities include coordinating care plans with the Interdisciplinary Group and ensuring high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have a current RN license, BLS certification, and at least one year of nursing experience, preferably in hospice or hospital settings.
