Now Hiring: Automotive Service Advisors

Schedule: Open availability required, including Saturdays

You will report to the Fixed Ops Manager.

What You'll Do

• Promote communication between customers and technicians
• Identify vehicle concerns and recommend appropriate services
• Prepare accurate estimates for parts, labor, and repairs
• Write and manage repair orders (ROs) from start to finish
• Communicate additional service needs based on inspections
• Verify and process warranty and service contract coverage
• Keep customers informed on timelines, costs, and service updates

What We're Looking For

• Previous Service Advisor experience
• Automotive technician background
• Deliver high-quality customer support
• 3+ years of experience with vehicle systems and maintenance
• Team-oriented
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Compensation

$64,000 – $161,000 annually

(Earnings based on performance, experience, and commission)
