Administrator - Leeds LS15 The rewards £13.50 per hour Hybrid working (Mondays & Fridays from home) On-site parking Immediate start Potential for the contract to be extended Hours 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8:30am-5:00pm) Hybrid working - work from home on Mondays and Fridays The role of Administrator Accurately processing high volumes of data and invoices Using Excel to update, manage, and validate information Working across multiple internal systems to maintain accurate records Ensuring data is entered correctly and discrepancies are identified and resolved Supporting the logistics team with administrative and data processing tasks Liaising with internal teams and suppliers to resolve queries efficiently The ideal Administrator Previous administration or data entry experience Strong Microsoft Excel skills and confidence using multiple systems Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy Ability to manage large volumes of data efficiently Strong organisational and time management skills A proactive approach and the ability to work independently This is a 3-4 month temporary assignment with the potential to be extended. The start date is ASAP. We're recruiting for a Data Administrator to join a busy logistics team in Leeds.
