Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT)
Location: Forest, VA
Salary: $72,000–$75,000 per year (DOE)
Job Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team! This role offers the opportunity to work with children in both outpatient clinic and Early Intervention settings while helping them achieve their developmental and functional goals.

Schedule & Work Environment

• Monday–Wednesday: Early Intervention
• Thursday–Friday: Outpatient Clinic
• Working hours: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, with flexibility
• Primary location: Forest outpatient clinic
  

Job Responsibilities

• Evaluate pediatric patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide physical therapy services to children with a variety of conditions.
• Track patient progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Educate families on therapeutic exercises and home programs.
• Collaborate with OTs, SLPs, service coordinators, teachers, and other professionals.
• Supervise PTAs when required.
  

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• Current Virginia PT license or applicable licensure eligibility.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Experience & Licensing

• One year of PT experience preferred.
• Pediatric physical therapy experience preferred.
• Virginia Physical Therapy License preferred.
