QMS Quality Engineer - Veeva Vault

Role: QMS Quality Engineer Veeva Vault,
Location : Warsaw,IN.
Rate: $45-50/hr W2

Overview:
Seeking a hands-on QMS Quality Engineer to modernize and enhance the Veeva Vault Quality/QDocs platform. This is an individual-contributor builder role, not a solution architect or supervisory position. The engineer will also provide technical guidance to other engineers.

Responsibilities:
Automate and streamline quality event workflows in Veeva Vault QMS/QDocs.
Build solutions from scratch, prototype new capabilities, and address platform technical debt.
Configure Veeva Vault Quality including workflows, security models, and lifecycles.
Develop/support integrations with SAP, MES, LES, Workday, and SuccessFactors.
Provide technical leadership, including escalation, triage, consulting, and technical reviews.
Understand Veeva's impact across connected systems including SAP, manufacturing, laboratory, training, and compliance platforms.
Deliver complex platform enhancements and business process improvements in regulated environments.

Must-Haves:
Local to Indiana (IN) and willing to convert permanent.
Experience in both Pharma and Medical Device industries.
Strong hands-on Veeva Vault Quality configuration experience: Workflows, Security Models, Lifecycles.
5+ years of software engineering/development and SDLC experience.
Ability to work independently with Veeva and alongside certified administrators.

Preferred:
Veeva Vault/Quality Vault Administrator Certification.
Veeva Vault Quality Technical Lead, Senior Administrator, or Consultant experience.
Experience leading Veeva implementations/enhancements.
Knowledge of SAP, Databricks, Tulip MES, LabVantage LIMS/LES, SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar platforms.
Experience with integrations, automation, analytics, AI, or digital transformation in regulated environments.
