PURPOSE OF POSITION: To manage and operate a Goodwill Retail store while fulfilling Goodwill’s mission statement.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED: VP of Operations/Sales, District Manager & Store Manager
SUPERVISION EXERCISED: Supervises workers in various personnel groups engaged in operating a retail store.
QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION:
- High school education or the equivalent required.
- One to three years management experience required.
- Must have a pleasing personality, be well groomed and create a favorable impression on those he or she meets. Must have full knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting to maintain sales records and reports incidental to store operations. Must be a person with excellent character references and a well- developed sense of responsibility
