Shift Leader As a Shift Leader at our Columbus Short North store located at 749 N. High St, Columbus OH 43215, you are the captain of our bakery day or night. You predict the flow of business during a successful shift and lead the store with hands‑on leadership in baking, selling, and customer interaction. Provide excellent customer service and quality products to all guests. Maintain store operations, communicate pertinent information, monitor production efficiency, hold the team accountable to company standards, and assist in training and coaching. Prioritize and delegate tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning while leading the cookie crew team. Support and work alongside the Cookie Crew. Ensure a safe, clean environment for guests and staff and adhere to safe food handling practices. Manage cash handling and deposits. Desired Skills/Experience At least 1 year of experience in a customer‑service focused role. Experience with Point of Sale systems. Outstanding communication, time management, and people skills. Outgoing, friendly, and patient demeanor. Detail focused and results‑oriented. Ability to lead by example and motivate others. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
