About the Position
This is a full-time Growth Track position.

You'll begin by working alongside experienced educators in an assigned classroom while learning our philosophy, classroom practices, and teaching approach. As you demonstrate readiness, you'll have opportunities to assume greater responsibility and grow into a Lead Teacher role.
We're not looking for someone who already knows everything.
We're looking for someone who is excited to keep learning.

What You'll Do
Every day you'll have the opportunity to:

• Build meaningful relationships with children and families.
• Create engaging learning experiences inspired by children's interests.
• Observe children's thinking and support their learning through play and exploration.
• Collaborate with a team of educators who believe teaching is a profession built on reflection and growth.
• Help create beautiful classroom environments that encourage independence, creativity, and curiosity.
• Continue developing your own skills through coaching and ongoing professional learning.

Qualifications
Preferred:
• Experience working with young children
• Early Childhood coursework or CDA (or willingness to obtain)
• A growth mindset and desire to continue learning

No Reggio Emilia experience? That's perfectly okay. We'll teach you!

Monday–Friday
