Senior Data ArchitectOur client is a Cloud Management Consulting Firm. They are seeking a Senior Data Architect to lead AWS data modernization and settlement transformation. The architect will design event-driven data platforms, modernize legacy stored-procedure/OLTP architectures, and drive ETL, microservices, and cloud-native transformation using AWS.Must-Have SkillsAWS Data Architecture: Glue, Kinesis, S3, Redshift, SQS, Kinesis FirehoseEvent Streaming: Kinesis + EKSMicroservices: Monolith-to-microservices modernization; converting database stored procedures/business logic into applicationsETL / Data Engineering: Design and implement enterprise-scale ETL/data pipelinesAWS Architecture: Multi-AZ / Multi-Region architectureObservability: CloudWatch, CloudTrail, X-Ray, Container InsightsDevelopment: Java and/or PythonInfrastructure as Code: TerraformSecurity: KMS, Secrets ManagerKey ResponsibilitiesArchitect and implement AWS-based ETL and event-streaming solutionsModernize legacy settlement/data processing architectureConvert complex stored procedures and database logic into EKS-hosted microservicesDrive monolith-to-microservices transformationDesign scalable Kinesis/EKS event-streaming architectureReduce/eliminate complex OLTP/OLAP replication dependenciesEstablish cloud observability, monitoring and tracingLead the data transformation workstream across multiple project phasesNice to HaveAWS HSM / cryptographic servicesAdvanced data partitioning strategiesAWS Transfer FamilyTechnology EnvironmentAWS Glue | Kinesis | EKS | Redshift | S3 | SQS | Kinesis Firehose | CloudWatch | CloudTrail | X-Ray | Container Insights | KMS | Secrets Manager | Terraform | Java | Python
