We’re Hiring: Director of Nursing (DON)!

Location: Williamsburg Post Acute & Rehabilitation | Williamsburg, VA
Schedule: Full-Time | Leadership Role

• Provide strategic and operational oversight of all nursing services
• Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff to deliver high-quality care
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Develop and oversee individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team
• Drive quality assurance, infection control, and risk management programs
• Partner with the Administrator to promote clinical excellence and a positive work culture

• Active RN license in Virginia
• 3+ years of nursing leadership experience in long-term care or skilled nursing
• Strong knowledge of CMS and Virginia state regulations
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and retain high-performing teams
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Passion for resident-centered care and clinical excellence
