Job Title:- ServiceNow Integration Consultant (Oracle ERP)
Location: Salt Lake City, UT
No H1B Contract
Key Responsibilities:- Lead architecture and design workshops for ServiceNow and Oracle ERP integrations.
- Define integration strategies, data flows, API frameworks, security models, and governance standards.
- Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow Integration Hub capabilities and best practices.
- Review technical designs and implementation approaches created by client delivery teams.
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to develop scalable integration solutions.
- Establish reusable integration patterns and architecture standards.
- Advise on complex integration challenges and risk mitigation.
- Create and review architecture documentation, solution designs, and implementation roadmaps.
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions with client teams.
- 5+ years of ServiceNow experience in consulting, architecture, or solution design roles.
- Demonstrated experience designing integrations between ServiceNow and Oracle ERP.
- Deep understanding of REST APIs, SOAP, web services, integration frameworks, and enterprise architecture.
- Strong client-facing communication and workshop facilitation skills.
- Experience developing architecture and solution design documentation.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Integration Hub Certification (Required)
- Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP and/or Oracle E-Business Suite.
- Experience in large-scale enterprise ServiceNow environments.
- Additional ServiceNow certifications and architecture credentials.
