What You Will Be Doing Conduct forklift, safety, and pit B training programs for employees. Conduct scheduled training for all functions in the account for all shifts. Arrange and oversee weekly orientation sessions in basic safety training for new employees. Evaluate training effectiveness to ensure employees meet strategic goals and achieve results. Make recommendations to managers for go or no go into the account. Requirements High school diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalency. Minimum 3 months experience and/or training preferred. Ability to work overtime as needed. Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
