Job Description

Good Samaritan Health Center seeks a Lead Cook to oversee daily food production in our faith-based, community-focused healthcare setting. The Lead Cook manages menu execution, batch cooking, and special diets that support whole-person wellbeing for patients, staff, and community programs. Responsibilities include supervising kitchen staff, enforcing strict food safety and sanitation standards, coordinating with clinical teams on nutritional needs, and managing inventory and ordering.
