Middlesex Recovery, a division of BayMark Health Services, is a multi-site, multi-service organization providing opioid use disorder treatment and rehabilitation for patients across the country. We are seeking a compassionate, confident, and highly skilled Psychiatric Family Nurse Practitioner to provide psychiatric and medical services for individuals enrolled in our Office-Based Opioid Treatment (OBOT), Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). In this role, you will conduct comprehensive History & Physical (H&P) examinations, perform psychiatric assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide ongoing medication management and clinical care for patients receiving behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment. Key Responsibilities Conduct H&Ps and comprehensive psychiatric evaluations. Diagnose and treat mental health and substance use disorders. Provide ongoing psychiatric and medical follow-up care for patients enrolled in OBOT, IOP, and PHP services. Initiate, monitor, and adjust psychotropic medications and medications for opioid use disorder (MOUD) as clinically appropriate. Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams, including therapists, counselors, nursing staff, case managers, and addiction treatment professionals. Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards. Participate in treatment planning and care coordination to support positive patient outcomes. Qualifications Current Nurse Practitioner license with the state of NH in good standing. Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) certification preferred; Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with significant psychiatric and addiction treatment experience will be considered. Experience treating individuals with mental health and substance use disorders. Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, medication management, and addiction treatment skills. Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced behavioral health environment.
