Warehouse Supervisor Pay Rate and Hours:

Pay: $87,500/year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:45 AM-4:15 PM
Overtime/Weekends: As needed

Warehouse Supervisor Position Summary

Seeking an experienced, hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, inventory control, material handling, staging, and warehouse organization. This position will lead warehouse personnel while ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient operations that support production and customer requirements.

Warehouse Supervisor Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, shipping, picking, staging, material movement, and inventory control.
• Assign daily priorities, monitor workflow, and hold employees accountable for safety, accuracy, productivity, and procedures.
• Train, coach, and support warehouse employees while working alongside the team as needed.
• Oversee incoming and outgoing materials, including inspection, documentation, packaging, loading, and unloading.
• Coordinate freight, local deliveries, pickups, drivers, and carriers.
• Maintain accurate inventory and oversee cycle counts, physical inventories, and inventory audits.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Ensure receipts, transfers, shipments, and inventory adjustments are accurately entered into the ERP system.
• Maintain an organized warehouse, loading dock, staging areas, and yard.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure proper operation of forklifts, pallet jacks, cranes, vehicles, and other equipment.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse layout, material flow, inventory accuracy, productivity, and space utilization.
• Work closely with Production, Purchasing, Sales, Operations, and other departments to ensure materials are available when needed.
• Communicate staffing, inventory, shipment, safety, and operational concerns to management.

Warehouse Supervisor Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of warehouse, inventory, logistics, or manufacturing experience.
• Previous warehouse leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling.
• Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
• Strong leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, cranes, and other warehouse equipment as required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical warehouse duties.
• Must successfully complete applicable pre-employment drug screen, background check, and motor vehicle check.
