Resident Care Assistants/ Med Techs (Full-Time & Part-Time Evening Shifts)

Pineapple House of Sapphire Lakes, located in the beautiful city of Naples, Florida, is dedicated to providing compassionate and high-quality care to our residents. We are currently seeking motivated and caring individuals to join our vibrant team. Additionally, we are looking for PRN (as-needed) staff to fill roles as Med Techs and Care Staff to support our residents' needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Support residents with medication management and administration as a Med Tech (training provided)
• Monitor residents' health and well-being, reporting any changes or concerns to the nursing team
• Assist with meal service and ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Foster a warm, respectful, and engaging atmosphere for residents
• Follow all safety and health protocols to ensure resident safety and compliance with regulations

Skills and Qualifications:

• Prior experience in assisted living, home health aide (HHA), or related healthcare fields
• Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents' needs
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with professionalism and care
• Certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Med Tech preferred; training available for qualified candidates
• Flexibility to work evenings and as needed for PRN shifts
