About the Position

Must have all PA clearances. Must not have declinations for MMR. Description: This position is for a Registered Nurse in the Med Surg specialty. The facility is known for clinical excellence and patient outcomes. It offers specialized services including a regional Level 1 Trauma Center and a Level 3 Regional Intensive Care Nursery. The facility has a wide range of specialties, including but not limited to: Trauma, Orthopedics, Cancer Care, Cardiology, and more. Candidates must have 2 years of experience. Flexibility is required, as candidates may float to units with comparable patient populations. The typical patient ratio is 6:1. Candidates must pass a dysrhythmia and math dosage test prior to being on the unit. Dress code is professional, with specific guidelines on acceptable attire. The expectation is to work 4 weekend shifts every 4-week schedule, with at least 2 weekends scheduled each month. There are no call requirements for this position.
