• Current IN state license is a plus.

Powers Health Hospital Outpatient Center - Wicker – Saint John, Indiana

Community Immediate Care – Munster, Indiana

Community Hospital Outpatient Center - Harvest – Schererville, Indiana

• Facility hours are 9am-8pm M-F and 8am-4:30pm Sat/Sun; closed major holidays.
• Epic EMR.
• Higher acuity; typical UC procedures required.
• On-site lab and imaging during facility hours.
• Standard point of care testing.

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 – $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
