Medical Director PACE Program Mishawaka, IN $231K $280K Geriatric Leadership Role Location: Mishawaka, Indiana (near South Bend & 80 miles from Chicago) Setting: Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) Focus: Frail & Elderly Population Community-Based Senior Care Position Overview A growing, established PACE program in Northern Indiana seeks a Board-Certified Family or Internal Medicine physician with geriatric experience to serve as Medical Director . This leadership role offers the chance to guide an interdisciplinary team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of vulnerable seniors.
