Software QA Engineer — Manual & Automated Testing

Job Introduction: We are looking for a detail-oriented Software Tester to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of applications before release.
- Design, develop, and execute detailed test plans and test cases
- Perform manual and automated testing of applications
- Identify, document, and track defects through their lifecycle
- Collaborate with developers to ensure timely issue resolution
- Conduct regression, functional, and performance testing
- Validate business and technical requirements against delivered solutions
- Maintain comprehensive testing documentation and reports
- Participate in Agile sprint reviews and retrospectives
- Perform API and database validation testing
- Analyze test results and provide clear quality metrics
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
- Continuously improve QA processes and testing methodologies
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices
- Use test management and defect tracking tools effectively
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality, defect-free releases
