Senior HRIS Specialist

To support human resources operations, the full-time Senior HRIS Specialist will manage the administration, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of ServiceNow HRSD while collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance HR technology solutions in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for ServiceNow HRSD, overseeing system configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting Administer and optimize HR Service Delivery capabilities, including case management and employee-facing experiences Collaborate with IT and HR departments to implement and maintain HR information systems, ensuring alignment with business needs Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a work-related discipline from an accredited institution Five years of progressively responsible experience in HRIS or related fields Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD administration and configuration is strongly preferred Experience with Workday HCM, including business processes, security, and reporting Knowledge of HR applications and compliance with regulatory requirements
