What You'll Do

As a Veterinary Assistant, you'll be an essential part of our healthcare team by helping deliver outstanding patient care from the moment a pet arrives until they head home.

Your day may include:

• Welcoming pets and their families with kindness and compassion.
• Assisting veterinarians and technicians during examinations and treatments.
• Safely handling and comforting patients throughout their visit.
• Preparing exam rooms and treatment areas for exceptional patient care.
• Collecting laboratory samples and assisting with diagnostics.
• Taking digital radiographs.
• Preparing surgical patients and supporting surgical procedures.
• Monitoring hospitalized patients and ensuring their comfort.
• Filling medications and preparing discharge instructions.
• Educating clients on preventive care, nutrition, medications, and home care.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe hospital environment.
• Working together with your teammates to provide the highest level of veterinary medicine.

Previous veterinary experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate with a passion for veterinary medicine and a commitment to learning.
