Regional Quality Leader: Value-Based Care & HEDIS
CINQCARE
Grace at Home is seeking a Regional Quality Lead to own market-level quality performance across HEDIS, Medicare STARs, ACO, and MSSP programs. You will provide strategic leadership and drive data-driven improvements with cross-functional partners to achieve regulatory compliance and improved patient outcomes.
