Collision Center Receptionist

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Collision Center Receptionist to join our team! In this role, you will be one of the first points of contact for customers and will help keep the repair process running smoothly from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide a welcoming experience

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls

• Schedule and coordinate repair appointments

• Assist customers with vehicle rentals throughout the repair process

• File and process customer billing and paperwork

• Communicate with vehicle owners, insurance companies, and collision center staff

• Provide updates and support to customers throughout the repair process

Requirements:

• Valid New York State driver's license

• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new programs

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Positive, friendly attitude

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
