General Manager – Ownership Opportunity
365 Enterprises is seeking a high-performing General Manager to help lead and scale one of our rapidly growing companies.

We are looking for a driven, strategic, and hands-on leader who can oversee daily operations, improve efficiencies, manage teams, and help drive long-term growth. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, results-oriented, and excited about helping build companies from the inside out.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage day-to-day business operations
- Develop systems and processes to improve efficiency
- Build and lead high-performing teams
- Drive revenue growth and operational excellence
- Collaborate with ownership on strategic initiatives
- Monitor KPIs, budgets, and company performance
- Ensure accountability, productivity, and strong company culture
- Proven experience in operations management or executive leadership
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills
- Experience scaling businesses or leading growth initiatives preferred
