About AAMCO of Willoughby

AAMCO of Willoughby is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join our team in Willoughby, Ohio.

This is an opportunity for a technician who enjoys solving problems—not simply replacing parts. You'll diagnose and repair Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles while working in a production-focused environment that values quality workmanship, efficiency, and professionalism.

With consistent workflow and the opportunity to produce approximately 40–50+ flagged hours per week , you'll have the support needed to maximize both your productivity and earning potential.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose drivability, electrical, and mechanical concerns
• Perform advanced diagnostics and complete vehicle repairs
• Repair Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems
• Deliver high-quality repairs while maintaining productivity in a flat-rate environment
• Utilize modern diagnostic equipment to accurately identify vehicle concerns

What We're Looking For

• At least 6 years of professional automotive repair experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Previous flat-rate production experience
• Ability to work independently while maintaining quality and efficiency
• Experience servicing Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles
• ASE Certifications preferred
• Advanced electrical and drivability diagnostic experience preferred

• $30–$60 per flagged hour
