Job Description:

The Solution Architect / Technical Lead will provide overall technical leadership and solution architecture for the implementation of an enterprise case-management platform. The role will be responsible for defining the target architecture, technical standards, platform design, integration approach, cloud architecture, security considerations, and configuration/customization strategy.

Required Experience and Skills:

• 10+ years of enterprise application architecture and technical leadership experience.
• Experience implementing enterprise case-management or similar large transactional systems.
• Strong experience with COTS product implementation.
• Cloud architecture experience.
• API and enterprise integration architecture.
• Security architecture and identity/access-management concepts.
• Application and environment architecture.
• Configuration versus customization analysis.
• Enterprise technical design and architecture standards.
• Data and system integration patterns.
• Experience supporting development, testing, deployment, and production environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and maintain the overall solution architecture.
• Design the technical architecture for the case-management platform.
• Establish technical standards, patterns, and implementation guidelines.
• Define application, integration, data, security, and cloud architecture.
• Design development, test, UAT, training, staging, and production environments.
• Develop the configuration and customization strategy.
• Evaluate technical requirements and determine appropriate platform capabilities.
• Define API and integration architecture for external systems.
• Coordinate technical decisions with AOC architecture, infrastructure, security, and application teams.
• Review technical designs and ensure compliance with established architecture.
• Identify technical risks and recommend mitigation approaches.
• Provide technical leadership throughout configuration, development, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
• Support performance, scalability, availability, security, and maintainability requirements.
