Quick Facts: Location: 1808 West Main Street, Russellville, AR 72801 Start Date: 01/01/2026 Duration: Ongoing assignment Shift: Clinic 4 days/week, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm; Call 1:4 Weekend Coverage: Friday 8:00 am – Monday 8:00 am Hours/Week: Varies based on schedule Employment Type: W-2, Contract Required Licenses/Certifications: Arkansas medical license, PALS, fetal monitoring certification Experience: Prior OB-GYN practice experience preferred Pay & Benefits: Competitive pay package Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with all applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and related reimbursements when applicable What You’ll Do: Provide OB-GYN clinic services in a busy healthcare setting Support overnight and weekend call coverage Manage patient assessments, prenatal care, and routine gynecological services Utilize in-house lab, ultrasound, and fetal monitoring equipment Conduct non-stress tests (NST) on site Collaborate with a team of NPs and other providers to ensure high-quality care Adhere to all safety and care protocols, including fetal monitoring standards What You Need: Active Arkansas medical license PALS and fetal monitoring certifications Minimum of a few years’ OB-GYN practice experience preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work flexible hours and respond to call coverage About the Assignment: Join a dedicated and caring team at a leading facility in Russellville, Arkansas.
