Job Summary We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Caregiver to join our team serving older adults in the Greenwood Village area. The ideal candidates will have a genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of our clients and individuals with disabilities. As a Caregiver, you will deliver essential personal care, support with daily activities, and companionship, ensuring clients maintain independence and comfort in their own homes.

Client Care varies by Client, but will include:

• Light housekeeping
• Meal preparation
• Medication reminders
• Assistance with errands and shopping
• Bathing & showering
• Dressing and grooming (shaving with an electric razor, skin care, oral care)
• Assistance with ambulation and transfers
• Assistance with toileting
• Encourage exercise, reminders for prescribed exercises
• Protective oversight for safety, stand-by assistance*
• Dementia & Alzheimer's care
• Complete required documentation and communicate effectively with team members
• Follow all agency policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

You are a great fit for this role if you have:

Previous care giving experience (Some experience with seizures will be helpful)

A passion for care giving and a wish to help others

Attentiveness for being present and providing quality care

Respect, patience, empathy, and kindness

18+ years of age
