Lead Case Manager - Evidence-Based Rehabilitation

The GEO Group, Inc.

The GEO Group, Inc. is looking for a supervisor for case management staff in Concord, California. This role involves managing casework functions, developing documentation procedures, and ensuring the effectiveness of rehabilitation programs. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Social Sciences and two years of supervisory experience. In addition to supervision, you will provide training and audits for maintaining compliance with treatment services. Applicants should have strong management and counseling skills, with a preference for those who are bilingual in English and Spanish.
