Consulting RN - Client Care

Consulting RN - Client Care (PRN) Home Instead is the largest network of Home Care Agencies in the Country and is looking to hire caring individuals to positively affect the face of aging in Norman, Moore and the surrounding communities in Oklahoma. The consulting RN - Client Care (PRN) will assist and support our RN and Client Care Coordinator in overseeing all of our Client Care and ensure we are delivering quality care that enhances the lives of aging adults in their home. The main territory will include Norman, Moore, South Oklahoma City and the surrounding communities. The main duties will include:

• Quality assurance visits for both the client and care professionals with suggestions on how to improve care and completing the required paperwork for each visit
• Writing plans of care for new and existing clients
• Assist in the training and coaching of care professionals to ensure skills are appropriate for level of care needed
• Initial consultations, if needed

Those applying for Client Care Coordinator must have:

• A Nursing degree from an accredited college of nursing, with a current certified nursing license.
• A valid drivers license
• Proof of Auto Insurance

Compensation will depend on years of experience and nursing background and can reach $50 per hour. We also provide mileage reimbursement and all technology required to perform the duties involved.
