Registered Nurse (RN) - Operating Room/Circulating - Full-Time Days

Role: The RN Clinical Nurse is a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team, providing high-quality, safe, patient-centered care in a clinical setting. They practice according to established standards, evidence-based practices, and organizational models, ensuring individualized care that respects cultural diversity. Responsibilities: Perform nursing assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation partner with patients and families coordinate safe care delivery participate in performance improvement and research activities serve as a preceptor or mentor promote evidence-based practice develop protocols and support resource efficiency Qualifications & Skills: Requires an associate's, diploma, or bachelor's degree in nursing, with a minimum of 5 years of direct patient care experience. Must hold a valid RN license (single or multi-state), BLS certification, and demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, critical thinking, and time management skills. Ability to utilize technology and function effectively in a fast-paced environment is essential.
