Oversee the quality and financial outcomes for your facility. Lead a team of 50+ employees with multiple direct reports that you will work with daily to achieve facility based and company goals. Stay informed of health industry trends and monitor standards and compliance. Qualifications: Qualifications Must have a current Oregon Residential Care Facility Administrators License. You will need a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college. Have experience as an campus Administrator that includes a mix of Independent Living, Assisted Living, or Memory Care Ability to creatively problem-solve in both resident care and employee management situations.
