Nights (6:30 PM - 7:00 AM) with alternating weekends.

Job Description

The Travel Med Surg Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in a medical-surgical setting. This role requires utilization of clinical expertise to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. The RN will work closely with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop personalized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to care plans as needed.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care delivery.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN License.
• BLS certification.
• Experience with Cerner electronic medical record systems.
• Permanent address must be located 50+ miles from the facility.
