Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Responsibilities

• Performs duties to take guest food and beverage orders, serves food to guests, and totals dining charges.
• Responds to special requests for dining amenities.
• This position is responsible for providing a high level of customer service and promoting a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for our guests and team members.
• Maintains a professional appearance at all times, clean and well-groomed as per standard.
• Complies with all policies and procedures of company and department.
• Maintains the highest standard of professionalism when interacting with guests and co-workers.
• Develops complete product knowledge; able to describe all menu items; has basic wine, beer, and liquor knowledge; able to suggest successful pairings and present all beverages; professionally presents wine tableside.
• Takes and delivers food and beverage orders.
• Follows and maintains all service standards.
• Rings items into POS system, accepts payment, and reconciles all payments.
• Makes specific suggestions and recommendations to increase guest check average as defined by management.
• Follows all safety procedures and maintains work area for a clean and safe environment.
• Develops and maintains complete knowledge of Hollywood movie memorabilia.
• Able to describe restaurant displays, adding appropriate details of actors and history.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Equivalent to a High School education with minimum 2 years of table service experience in a fine dining setting is preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Must understand and speak the English language.
• Must be able to carry food trays of varying sizes with 30 pounds or more on one tray.
