We’re looking for Hosts who are enthusiastic about learning about tiki culture, outgoing, have experience in casual fine dining and / or high volume restaurants and love having fun.

Our Hosts are expected to be the face of the restaurant as you are generally the first face guests see. The Honu has a fast-paced and high-volume atmosphere, so it is crucial that our Hosts take pride in providing attentive and friendly service that ensures our guests feel valued and welcome.

Responsibilities:

This position requires greeting & seating customers while maintaining a clean safe space

Arrives for shifts in a clean uniform and maintains good hygiene.

Trained to be well versed in all merchandise items

Bringing water, menus and utensils to guests and dog menus and bowls of water to dogs

Maintains a clean and safe working environment.

Assist co-workers when necessary.

Takes initiative and shares ideas to improve quality of service when opportunity arises

Qualifications:

Welcome guests in the aloha style and a smile

Ability to navigate POS systems

Good communication skills

Ability to multitask

Willing to work outside
