Title: Supply Management Planner II - Supply Management // Supply Management Planner

Location: Horicon, WI - 53032

Duration: 24 Months (possible extension)

1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, overtime may be required

Position Summary:

• The contingent worker will be responsible for managing purchased parts delivery and coordinating with both internal teams and external suppliers to support operations at Horicon Works.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office; Excel proficiency.
• Ability to multitask and adjust priorities throughout the day.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply management, or a related field.
• Recent graduates are welcome to apply; SAP experience.

Manager Preferences:

• Strong preference for candidates with a 4-year degree.
• Open to considering recent graduates.
• Interviews will be conducted by phone or Microsoft Teams.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

The Strongest Candidates Will Have:

• A bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, supply management, operations, or a related field.
• Strong Excel skills (sorting/filtering, formulas, data management).
• Experience working with suppliers, inventory, logistics, purchasing, or operations.
• SAP experience or exposure; excellent organization and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
