Security Operations End User Analyst – Intern Department: Information Security Location: 6300 Steeles Ave West, Woodbridge, ON Hourly Rate: $19/h Responsibilities Be an integral part of an operational team contributing to the analysis, development, implementation of security solutions and ongoing support of end user incidents Assist with vulnerability management, ensuring end user devices and supported applications properly patched and security findings are remediated Responsible for the overall administration of desktop, laptop and peripherals at a specific location Provide advice and technical guidance to end users and technical resources as the situation warrants Learn and apply IT Service Management best practices for incident resolution, service processing, and security support Participate in design discussions, incident reviews, and demos to share progress and learn from others Process service tickets and assign them to appropriate service resources as necessary Help enhance the internship program by participating in career fairs, interviews, and mentorship of future students Have fun while learning a ton!
