Senior Tax Manager - Passthrough Entities + Individuals | Growing Boutique Firm

Location: Seattle, WA (hybrid)

Compensation : $165K - $200K salary + bonus, full benefits, 4 weeks PTO, and more

About Us: We're a Modern, Steadily-growing Boutique CPA & Advisory firm based in Greater Seattle, WA, supporting entrepreneurs, high-net-worth individuals, and high-growth businesses across a diverse range of industries, offering a blend of tax, advisory, and strategic services.

What sets our group apart is our highly relationship-driven approach to client service. Rather than operating in a high-volume compliance model, we focus on meaningful client interaction and long-term advisory work, giving team members direct exposure to decision-makers and the opportunity to play a more strategic role beyond traditional tax work.

From a lifestyle standpoint, we are very intentional about maintaining a sustainable environment. Busy season hours are typically capped around 50 per week, with a strong emphasis on work-life balance, retention, and long-term career growth - a noticeable change from the expectations often seen at larger firms.

What We're Looking For

8-10+ years of public accounting & tax experience
Strong technical experience with 1040, 1120s, and 1065 taxation
Ability to serve as a primary point of contact and provide high-level tax advisory to clients
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Active CPA, EA, or J.D. required

What We Offer

Salary : $165,000 - $200,000 (DOE)
Annual discretionary bonuses + 401(k) match
4 weeks PTO & Schedule Flexibility
Low Billable Hours (~50 Hours Max/Busy Season)
