Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver – Developmental Disabilities Starting Pay: $21.40 Alay Home Care is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide direct care, behavioral support, and community-based services to individuals with developmental disabilities (DDD) throughout New Jersey.
