We are seeking an exceptional Restaurant General Manager to lead Alteño, our signature restaurant at 1 Hotels—offering elevated dining experience for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This exciting concept is developed in partnership with Chef Johnny Curiel and Kasie Curiel, co‑founders of Fonda Fina Hospitality—the team behind the Michelin‑starred Alma Fonda Fina. The original Alteño in Denver, Colorado, was recently named to Condé Nast Traveler’s "Best New Restaurants in the World: 2026 Hot List." Chef Johnny Curiel is also a current James Beard Award finalist for Best Chef: Mountain Region. About you… Passionate about food & beverage and a minimum of 8 years of similar work experience in an upscale luxury environment. Min. 5 years leading a food & beverage team. A post‑secondary diploma or degree would be a plus. An expert in food & beverage operations, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance. Excels at communication, both verbal and written. Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24‑hour operation.
