Summary The Asset Protection Security Ambassador helps prevent inventory loss by maintaining a visible presence on the sales floor, conducting monitoring and surveillance, and interacting professionally with customers and coworkers. The role responds to emergencies, supports audits and training, and helps ensure a safe shopping environment. Responsibilities Greet and engage customers promptly and respond to customer needs Maintain a visible floor presence and wear a provided security-style uniform Perform monitoring and surveillance activities Assess and assist in emergency situations Reduce and control inventory loss through audits, training, and education Maintain confidentiality Requirements Ability to maintain an active, visible floor presence as a deterrent Remain calm and professional when handling safety issues and aggressive behavior Demonstrated accountability, initiative, and ownership Meet any local licensing requirements Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
