This full or part time, on-site Physical Therapist role is based in Columbus, NE. There is opportunity for buy in and ownership in the clinic. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and functional outcomes. Daily responsibilities include conducting assessments, leading one-on-one therapy sessions, documenting clinical progress, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care including physicians and staff PTA. The role also involves educating patients and families on exercise programs, injury prevention, and home care strategies, while maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism.

Candidates should possess strong skills in Physical Therapy to assess, plan, and implement effective treatment programs and high-quality clinical outcomes.

Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Physical Therapist in Nebraska is required.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.

Experience in outpatient, orthopedic, or neurological rehabilitation settings is beneficial.

Specialization or interest in Postural Restoration or pelvic floor physical therapy also beneficial.
