Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance while still being part of a professional and collaborative team. You will conduct therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms, ensuring a safe and confidential environment for all interactions. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with no evening or weekend commitments, giving you ample personal time.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload by establishing positive therapeutic relationships and maintaining professional boundaries with clients.

• Conduct regular progress reviews with clients to assess stability, evaluate treatment efficacy, and prepare for discharge planning as necessary.

• Develop, implement, and monitor person-centered treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of each client.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to determine the psychological and emotional needs of new clients.

• Document all client interactions and progress notes timely and accurately in our electronic health record system, adhering to HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers and stakeholders to ensure holistic care for clients.

• Engage in individual supervision sessions to discuss case management strategies and receive constructive feedback.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will have experience working with a wide variety of clients experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and other mental health issues. Qualifications\n

Welkins Mind Healthcare, Inc. offers an appealing salary package ranging from USD 90,000 to USD 105,000 annually. Our fee-for-service billing model ensures guaranteed rates paid ahead of collections, minimizing any wait for reimbursements.
