Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CFY)
• Active state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
• Previous pediatric and/or school-based experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Adaptable, organized, and committed to making a positive difference for students

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for students
• Deliver evidence-based therapy services, both individual and group, addressing a range of communication needs
• Document progress, maintain thorough records, and complete required reporting on student outcomes
• Collaborate with special education teams, teachers, and families to support diverse learning needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting for students
• Educate and consult with staff and caregivers on strategies for generalization of therapy gains
