Pay: $25.00-$37.00/hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift

Entech Staffing is seeking an Experienced Automotive Technician to join a locally owned auto repair shop in Swartz Creek. This is a great opportunity for a skilled technician who takes pride in quality work, values a team-oriented environment, and enjoys working in a smaller shop setting.

We're looking for someone with strong mechanical knowledge, professional automotive repair experience, and the ability to work independently on a wide range of vehicle repairs and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have their own tools, industry certifications, and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a variety of mechanical and electrical vehicle issues
• Perform brake repairs, suspension work, steering repairs, and front-end work
• Complete routine maintenance services including oil changes, tune-ups, and inspections
• Accurately inspect vehicles and identify maintenance or safety concerns
• Use diagnostic equipment and troubleshooting skills to determine repair needs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Communicate repair findings and recommendations clearly with the shop team

Qualifications

• Previous professional automotive technician experience required
• ASE certifications
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Experience with brakes, suspension, steering, and general repair work
• Must have own tools
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a small shop environment
• Valid driver's license required
