Speech Language Pathologist in Williamsburg, VA

We're seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to provide essential speech and language support within a vibrant educational setting near Williamsburg, VA. You'll make a direct impact by working with varied caseloads in kindergarten through 12th grade, helping each student reach their communication goals. Key Qualifications Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state licensure (or eligibility to obtain) as a Speech-Language Pathologist ASHA CCC preferred, but strong CFs will be considered Previous school-based experience supporting diverse caseloads spanning K-12 is highly desirable Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams Strong organizational skills to manage documentation and scheduling Primary Responsibilities Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to assigned students Assess, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans addressing speech, language, and communication needs Maintain thorough and accurate records for each student, in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with educators and families to support student development Offer consultative support and in-service training to staff and caregivers when needed Adapt therapy approaches to meet the unique needs of each learner across all grade levels This position offers a standard school schedule with approximately 37.5 hours per week.
