Whether you’re a seasoned sales pro or looking to break into the industry, this is your chance to join a nationwide leader just in time for our busiest storm season. As a Roofing Sales Consultant you’ll be out in the field connecting with homeowners, performing inspections, and navigating them through the claims process with the support of a powerhouse team behind you.
Roofing Sales Consultant Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through door-to-door canvassing (required)
- Prospect targeted neighborhoods, especially following storm activity
- Conduct roof inspections and assess storm-related or general damage
- Educate homeowners on roofing options and the insurance claim process
- Prepare and present estimates and proposals
- Close sales and maintain strong customer relationships
- Partner with project managers to ensure smooth scheduling and job completion
- Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and generate referrals
Roofing Sales Consultant Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience in roofing, construction, home improvement, or related industries (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Confidence in public speaking and presentations
- Proven track record in sales (preferred)
- Comfortable with door-to-door canvassing as a daily requirement
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and competitive drive
- Comfortable working outdoors and ability to climb ladders for roof inspections
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
