As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing data in our systems, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of information.

Key Responsibilities:

- Input data into our systems accurately and efficiently

- Verify and correct any data discrepancies or errors

- Maintain and update databases and spreadsheets

- Organize and file documents and records

- Generate reports and assist with data analysis as needed

- Communicate with team members to ensure data accuracy and completeness

- Follow company data entry procedures and guidelines

- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

- Other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Proven experience in data entry or related field

- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
